Shipping & Returns

I know that adding shipping costs can be a bummer, especially when shipping is almost as much as the product itself. I feel you! That's why I am now offering a few options. You can select the Regular Mail (untracked) option at checkout for small orders and I will send your order via oversized letter. Please note that I will send you a photo of the parcel as it is shipped off but I am not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.


Does that sound too scary for you? Let's cost-share the shipping then. Select the Tracked Parcel option for a flat fee of $10 (within Canada) and I'll pay the rest and send you the tracking number.

If you're spending more than $100, I'll cover the tracked shipping - my treat! I've got you covered in this case. No need to worry.


In all cases, full payment is required before orders can be shipped.


If you're in the Ottawa area and want to pick up your order, you can skip the shipping altogether. We can find a time to meet.

I aim to complete bracelets within 3 business days and malas within 5 business days of your order. Custom creations may take longer and depend on the design process.  Whenever possible, I will notify you should there be any delay.

Should you require your order sooner than the timeframes above, please contact me before placing your order to discuss possible accommodations. 


In Canada:

Free tracked shipping on orders of $100 or more.


A flat shipping fee of $10 will apply to tracked orders in Canada.  We absorb some of the shipping costs in order to provide a flat fee.


Untracked Regular Mail is also available but the customer accepts the risk of undelivered or lost parcels


Local pick-up:

Local pick-up may be possible in the western part of Ottawa.  Please contact me to discuss.


In the United States:

A flat shipping fee of $15 will apply to orders in the United States. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying for any duties and taxes applicable. 

International Orders:

Please contact me to arrange for shipping to areas outside of North America.



I want you to love your creation. If your are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me right away so I can make it right. I cannot, however, accept creations that have been worn or the custom creations that we have worked on together. Please let me know that your order is being returned to me. I am a small business and cannot refund shipping costs.


You can return your unworn creation to me for a refund or an exchange, within 14 days of purchase. Please note that I are not responsible for orders that are returned to me as untracked parcels.
