Shipping & Returns

We know that adding shipping costs can be a bummer, especially when shipping is almost as much as the product itself. We feel you! We're now offering a few options. You can select the Regular Mail (untracked) option at checkout and we will send your order via oversized letter. Please note that we will send you a photo of the parcel as it is shipped off but we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or undelivered packages.

 

Does that sound too scary for you? Let's cost-share the shipping then. Select the Tracked Parcel option for a flat fee of $10 and we'll pay the rest and send you the tracking number.

If you're spending more than $90, we'll give you free tracked shipping - on us. We got you covered in this case. No need to worry.

 

In all cases, full payment is required before orders can be shipped.  

We aim to ship bracelets within 3 business days and malas within 5 business days of your order.  Custom creations may take longer and depend on the design process.  Whenever possible, we will notify you should we anticipate any delay.

Should you require your order sooner than the timeframes above, please contact us before placing your order to discuss possible accommodations. 

SHIPPING

In Canada:

Free tracked shipping on orders of $90 or more.

A flat shipping fee of $10 will apply to tracked orders in Canada.  We absorb some of the shipping costs in order to provide a flat fee.

Untracked Regular Mail is also available but the customer accepts the risk of undelivered or lost parcels

 

Local pick-up:

Local pick-up may be possible in the western part of Ottawa.  Please contact us to discuss.

 

In the United States:

A flat shipping fee of $15 will apply to orders in the United States. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying for any duties and taxes applicable. 

International Orders:

Please contact us to arrange for shipping to areas outside of North America.

 

RETURNS

We want you to love your creation. If your are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right. We cannot, however, accept creations that have been worn. Please let us know that your order is being returned to us. 

We are a small business and therefore do not qualify for reduced shipping. As a rule, we do not refund shipping costs.

REFUNDS

You can return your unworn creation to us for a refund or an exchange, within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are returned to us as untracked parcels.
